Cognitive and Writing Test : This is a test that asseses the student's current logic, memorization and mathematics skills. The written section of the test provides information on the students skills of critical thinking, interpretation and creative expression. By no means are students are expected to get a perfect score. This is just an assesement of a students current cognitive levels

Interviews : The purpose of this step in the selection process is to get a basic sense of the students' personalities and interests.
